Who is my Idol?

Steve JobsSteve Jobs.

Bill Gates, Bill Hewlett and David Packard are in a strong tie for second/third/forth.

He comes out wearing his black turtleneck, sleeves rolled up, blue jeans and has his water bottle. The he changes the world in about an hour-two hours. This happens at every keynote he does.

At the Cupertino City Council on June 7th, Steve Jobs walks up to present his new Apple Campus. He gets a loud applause (as always) when he walks up on the stage “Welcome, Mr.Jobs. It looks like you have a fan club here.”

Steve Jobs is the CEO and Co-Founder of Apple. He is the FACE of Apple. When Apple was doing bad in 1980s/1990s, he was the guy who would bring them to their glory after being kicked out of Apple. He returned to Apple in 1997, he changed the world. He still is.

“He is a skeleton.”

Steve Jobs has had a lot of Health Concerns. He announced to the Apple Staff that he had pancreatic cancer in 2004. In 2006 when he did WWDC (World wid Developers’ Conference) there were many comments like “He was thin, almost gaunt.”

This photo made my heart sink.

You can see how exhausted he is just from talking and walking for about 30 minutes in total.

Steve Jobs is getting old. Quite old. And he is totally exhausted from what we see of him.

Someday, I hope to meet Steve Jobs. But right now. It seems unlikely he will be around by that time.

Steve Jobs is my idol because he changed the world with technology. He made a company grow extremely well. Apple Inc. is one of the most well known brands in the world.
